All items purchased from our store are custom-made specifically for each order. For this reason, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted once an order has been confirmed.

Each product is created according to the selected specifications, measurements, or design choices provided at the time of purchase. As these items are made exclusively for you, they cannot be resold or reused.
